Stakeholder Capitalism: An Idea Whose Time Has Come (Again)

Capitalism actually comes in two very different flavors, commonly known as “shareholder capitalism” and “stakeholder capitalism.” The basic idea behind stakeholder capitalism is that everyone who has an interest, or stake in a business firm should have a say in its governance and behavior and receive a fair share of the benefits.
